1.0 Introduction
Since the company’s founding, the delivery of quality is at the core of our corporate philosophy and the foundation of the company’s success. Each level of our organization prioritizes quality as a fundamental component of our work culture, and we proactively collaborate with our clients to define performance standards and track our delivery results against those standards
The purpose of this Quality Control Plan (QCP) is to describe CSA’s methodology for providing exceptional service for each task and for every client.
CSA’s QCP is a fully integrated system that spans the entire life cycle of a task. It describes our approach to task planning, execution, and performance monitoring, along with measurement and surveillance techniques the incorporate assessment, review, and reporting processes. It also details the steps we employ to identify and resolve any performance problems that may arise.
